As a Dispatcher you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our fleet of drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery services for our customers.

• Evaluate and prioritize incoming customer orders and schedule transportation accordingly
• Communicate with drivers, providing necessary details and instructions for their routes
• Monitor driver progress and provide updates to customers on delivery status
• Track and maintain accurate records of all transportation activities
• Anticipate and resolve any potential delivery issues or delays
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Effectively communicate any changes or updates in delivery schedules to drivers, customers, and other relevant parties
• Facilitate and oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles
• Utilize computer software and systems to manage and organize transportation activities
• Train and onboard new drivers, ensuring their compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries from customers and stakeholders

• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatching is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with transportation software and technology
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
