Logistics Operator Coordinator

What to Expect

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations by managing the receipt of materials, coordinating deliveries to field teams, move material throughout the factory and coordinate all inbound deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate and manage the receipt and documentation of incoming materials
• Organize and schedule deliveries to field sites, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch
• Maintain and update inventory records for materials, tools, and equipment
• Required to prepare the materials before loading, set up the rigging equipment, operate the heavy equipment machinery and dismantle the rigging after the job
• Communicate effectively with field teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, space allocations, and material flow
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all logistics activities

• Good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety
• Forklift certification (36K Heavy duty forklift a plus)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including working at heights, lifting and moving materials up to 70 lbs., and adverse weather conditions (Inside and Outside)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at once
• Ability to relocate to support different work fronts including but not limited to Austin, Houston, Reno and others
