Our client is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join its team on-site in Austin, TX. This person will guide drivers from sign-up through their first contract and beyond: explaining the company works, leading onboarding, resolving roadblocks and following up to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
It's an opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, trucking or related fields who wants to help build the U.S. operation of a fast-growing marketplace from the ground up.
Reporting to U.S. CEO., you will have the following main responsibilities:- Driver onboarding and activation;
- Community engagement and events;
- Ensure a positive experience for every driver.
- Experience in a customer-facing, relationship-driven role, ideally in logistics, freight, carrier sales or driver staffing;
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular employment contract;
- On-site in Austin: works from the office;
- Proactive communication: comfortable calling, messaging and following up with drivers;
