• Command the CRJ 550 as PIC, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship
• Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering effective CRM and a positive, safety-first culture
• Deliver reliable, on-time regional operations for United Express customers
• Exercise sound judgment in all phases of flight, from preflight planning through arrival

• Age:
  Minimum 23 years
• Certificate: FAA Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot's Certificate (ATP-Unrestricted or ATP-Restricted accepted)
• Total time: 1,750 hours (100% fixed-wing)
• Multi-engine: 1,000 hours
• Turbine: 1,000 hours
• Air carrier experience: 1,000 hours

• Starting Captain pay: $149.01 per flight hour
