USA Truck’s Company Load Board program lets CDL-A drivers choose loads and plan their own routes, with freedom from traditional dispatch. Expect about 3,000 miles per week, potential weekly home time, and no-touch freight. Details include detention, short haul, holiday pay, and per diem options.
Drivers can earn from $0.53 to $0.63 per mile, plus a quarterly mileage bonus and other pay for stops, breakdowns, hazmat loads, and holidays. Slip seating is not used.
