Shipping & Receiving Associate

DMD Systems Recovery LLC. (DMD) provides IT Hardware Recycling and Resale services. As a DMD team member, you will be responsible for checking assets in the computer once they arrive at the warehouse and sending those assets to one of our IT hardware specialists to be erased, processed, and refurbished.

Data security is our primary service to companies, so all employees must pass a drug screening and background check. No felonies for theft in the prior 7 years is a requirement.

• Load and unload deliveries.
• Inspect, verify, quantify, and enter all appropriate data in our system and compare against the BOL.
• Place assets in appropriate warehouse staging locations.
• Receive and sign for deliveries.
• Separate IT assets to improve operational efficiency.
• Recommend and act to improve the department and outcomes.
• Execute off‑site projects as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as necessary and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer for data entry.
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to move from one task to another easily.
• Team player who can follow instructions.
• Performs repetitive work for long periods.
• Ensures safety and care of packages.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
• No felonies for theft in the prior 7 years.

• Monday – Friday.
• Hours of operation: 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
