. The role is part of our 24/7 operations delivering produce across Texas.

Mr. Greens is one of the largest privately‑owned produce distributors in Texas, operating daily with multiple runs per day to serve restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, and other retailers.

We are looking for highly motivated selectors capable of selecting full‑case grocery, frozen, or perishable products from warehouse pick slots using pallet jacks or other equipment. Responsibilities include fitting items onto pallets, plastic‑wrapping bundles, transporting pallets to the shipping dock, and loading them onto trailers for delivery. All employees must prioritize safety.

Overtime available.

• Perform general physical activities: load, unload, sort, and move products and materials by hand or using basic material‑handling equipment.
• Work in multi‑temperature environments.
• Select merchandise for shipment and stack on pallets neatly using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Use a pick sheet to locate individual items in the warehouse.
• Break down and restack merchandise from pallets.
• Verify product quantities.
• Ensure accurate and safe picking to prevent damage.
• Maintain a tidy warehouse by picking up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets.
• Maintain a food‑safe environment.
• Report damaged equipment to the shift supervisor or maintenance staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Required to be punctual.
• Forklift or Pallet Jack experience – 1 year.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Available to work on weekends.

• Frequent walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting weights over 50 lbs.
