Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for an IT Inventory Specialist to manage inbound and outbound packages for an enterprise IT department. This person will receive IT equipment and other shipments in the IT Depot and reconcile it with Pos then route to the appropriate area. You will report any discrepancies and are responsible for keeping the depot clean and organized. Be overall responsible for where items are stored.

You will work with our Support Services Division on storage in the warehouse, as well as help pull items for IT teams and ship items as needed. You must be proficient in spreadsheets, inventory software and management. Have solid communication skills and be able to move and lift items up to 50lbs.

You:

• 4+ years experience in inventory management
• 4+ years experience using personal computers, and inventory control software
• 4+ years experience with information technology systems, to communicate effectively and train others on their use
