Responsibilities- Inventory Monitoring & Accuracy:
Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems, updating item details and transaction histories. - Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards regarding inventory handling and storage. - Support Audits:
Assist with inventory audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and adjustments when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred).
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and data entry practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and analytical skills for inventory reconciliation.
