Warehouse Robo Wrapper

Schedule & Pay
  • Sunday – Friday (flex scheduling options available)
  • 5 PM start times
  • Base pay: $19.00 – $19.75 per hour; overtime compensation applies
  • Base rate: $21.09 per hour plus overtime (first 25 applicants receive accelerated scheduling)

Responsibilities
  • Wrap outbound orders in designated loading zones following company procedures and standards
  • Build pallets according to preferred methods and wrap from bottom to top cases to avoid damage during transport
  • Notify a supervisor of any issues and maintain a productive, timely work pace
  • Verify header labels in the upper right‑hand corner for easy loader location
  • Keep the work area free of debris and assist loaders by unloading trailers staged in doors that contain pallets, blankets, straps, and any debris left in the trailer
  • Raise door, lock trailer to dock, and lower dock plate
  • Work in extreme temperatures (over 100 °F and below freezing) while keeping the Robo wrappers clean and operating efficiently
  • Wipe down equipment at the end of each shift and follow all safety work practices to maintain a clean and orderly dock area
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • A minimum of one year of warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack
  • Good attention to detail and basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Team‑oriented, able to read batch labels, and able to get along with others
