As a clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long‑term success.

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy – Deliver high‑quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans – Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation – Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention – Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices – Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
• Licensure Required – LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure).
• Experience in Mental Health or Substance Use Treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping others through evidence‑based treatment.
