As a clinician
, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long‑term success.

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy
  - Deliver high‑quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans
  - Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation
  - Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team
  - Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention
  - Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices
  - Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

Licensure Required - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)

Experience In Mental Health Or Substance Use Treatment Preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Passion For Helping Others Through Evidence-based Treatment
