What You’ll Own
Partner Success
Support a portfolio of charity partners across onboarding, campaign planning, and renewals
Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns and partner initiatives that drive engagement and revenue growth.
Communicate with clarity and confidence to keep partners informed, engaged, and aligned
Campaign Execution & Insight
Use Hub Spot, Google Sheets, and dashboards to manage workflows, track results, and report impact
Spot trends in campaign data to guide next steps and improve partner outcomes
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to optimise campaigns and partner experiences
Continuous Growth
Build foundational account management and marketing skills in a fast-moving, supportive environment
Learn automation tools and AI workflows to streamline delivery and scale results
Develop a commercial mindset - balancing partner success with Safewill’s growth goals
About You
You may be coming straight out of uni or have up to one year of relevant experience. What matters most is your attitude: structured, eager to learn, and energised by fast-paced, meaningful work.
You’ll bring:
A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Some exposure to projects or roles involving coordination, campaigns, or stakeholder interaction
Interest in marketing fundamentals (email, CRM, content, events)
Confidence using tools like Google Sheets; bonus if you’ve tried Hub Spot or similar
Clear written and verbal communication
An eye for good copy and design
Curiosity about startups, automation and AI tools
You’ll thrive if you:

Are coachable and open to feedback
Learn quickly and enjoy solving problems
Have a bias for action and ownership
