What’s the Job?
- Provide IT Service Desk support via telephone, email, or remote access
- Troubleshoot, document, and replicate customer problems and provide resolution
- Participate in the knowledge creation and maintenance process
- Perform password changes, account creations and other level 1 tasks.
- Serve as a back up to Executive Support Analyst
- 1-5 years experience in help desk/service desk environment
- Communication and troubleshooting skills
