Watteredge, LLC is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and support our manufacturing operations in Avon Lake, OH. Mon-Fri schedule 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with a 10% shift differential.
You will oversee employees, equipment, workflow, safety, quality, and daily production performance. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can work in a fast-paced environment, hold employees accountable, and help the team consistently meet production and quality expectations.
