The Warehouse Associate, Jr., assists in various warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, and handling products. This role also includes maintaining inventory, distributing goods, and storing material. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and attention to detail and ensures the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.

• Receive all materials into the ERP system and perform necessary material transactions, including unloading trucks, verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments, and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and cycle counts, conducting regular stock checks, receiving, scrapping, and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist in generating and labeling products and stock in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently while transporting materials to various departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Ensure that all products are stored in the appropriate locations.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Read and comprehend simple verbal and written instructions and can work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic computer and math skills for inventory and an understanding of shipping software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of and the ability to abide by OSHA and environmental regulations.

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature variations.
• Employees may frequently be required to sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl. They may lift and/or move up to 4,555 pounds without help.
• Walking and standing on the plant floor.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• One to three years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
