About the role
Year-round, full-time position at Spring Hill/Towne Place Suites Avon Vail Valley, Avon, CO. The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to provide cross-functional support to Accounting, Human Resources, and Sales departments in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Overview

Come grow with us! We are looking for an engaged, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting Support
    • Assist with data entry and assignments from the accounting manager
    • Assist with weekly AR reporting, statements, and invoices
    • Post office and bank runs
    • Manage Lost and Found returns
    • Manage Deposit Ledger
  • Human Resources Support
    • Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and employee file management
    • Assist with timekeeping, payroll data entry, and benefits administration
    • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions
  • Sales Support
    • Answer incoming sales department calls
    • Manage business travel account reservations, billing, and special requests
    • Delphi data entry of new leads and existing account updates
    • Manage VIP arrival experience
    • Other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Sales
  • General Administrative Duties
    • Manage shared calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle departmental communications
    • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure confidentiality
    • Order office supplies and support general operational needs
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or a multi-departmental role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to communicate in English required
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills strongly preferred
Compensation

The compensation for this position is $29.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
