We’re searching for a detail-oriented and self-driven part time, seasonal Engineering Coordinator to join our world-class team. If you’re highly organized, excel at time management, and have at least one year of administrative experience, we want to meet you! • Streamline Operations: Review engineering tasks, ensure maintenance is accurately billed, and collaborate with Accounting and Owner Services to keep records up to date.
• Master Inventory & Contractors: Oversee inventory management, from ordering to tracking, while coordinating contractor schedules, sign-ins, and follow-ups.
• Billing Expertise: Lead month-end billing processes, including spreadsheets, invoice submissions, and credit card statement coding.
• Work Order Coordination: Manage work requests by delegating, tracking, and communicating assignments to engineering staff.
• Keep It Organized: Maintain a well-structured office, handle supply ordering, and support leadership with scheduling and communication.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Employment Status: Part Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $23 - $24 / hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of administrative experience, with preferred expertise in accounting, budgeting, and cost accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, is essential, along with superior organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adeptly multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly valued.
