To perform professional medical activities as a primary care physician with OB experience in providing acute, chronic and preventative medical care. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week on a 4/10 schedule rotation.

• Graduation from an approved medical school.
• Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of Physicians and specified Specialty.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.
• BLS Certification required.
• Completion of OB fellowship preferred

Salary: $225,000 to $250,000 annually; DOQ

Sign on Bonus:
Up to $10,000, Relocation benefit available

Geographic Bonus:
Up to $7,500; paid out biweekly over 26 pay periods
