• Active supervision and program management.
• Remain consistently mindful and adaptive to physical, cultural, and linguistic differences.
• Serve as a role model and mentor.
• Responsible for students’ safety.
• Nurture appropriate trusted adult relationships.
• On-site communication with site coordinator and instructor.
• Positively represent Youth Power
  365 in the community.
• Have fun and engage with students.

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive and energetic.
• Focused on engaging and building self-confidence in outdoor activities.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion and excitement for working with children in different environments.

• How to Nordic ski, putting on gear correctly, and how to teach Nordic skiing (will have access to gear throughout the season).
• Opportunity to connect more with students, instructors, and coordinators.
• Opportunity to build strong and trusted relationships with students and families.

This is an hourly, temporary, part-time position. $25/hour
