Event Manager / Planner, Customer Service Rep
Duties Include:
- Deliver exceptional guest and owner experiences, including managing welcome amenities, coordinating dining, transportation, and activity reservations, and personalizing services based on guest preferences.
- Train, support, and mentor concierge staff, ensuring consistency in procedures, knowledge, and high‑quality service standards.
- Oversee weekly owner events, concierge schedules, and daily administrative tasks, including check‑in/check‑out, inventory management, and business center support.
- Handle guest requests and issues promptly, coordinating with internal departments and tracking completion to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain accurate records in Opera and Alice, including guest communications, preferences, and security protocols, while upholding privacy and Club standards.
Our ideal candidate presents a clean, professional appearance at all times, including a neatly pressed uniform, polished shoes, and a visible name tag. They bring 3-6 months of related experience or equivalent training, with a strong understanding of industry standards and trends. They communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, can perform basic math operations including money, weight, volume, and distance calculations, and apply common sense to solve routine problems.
Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, word processing, and internet software is required. Candidates must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic approach in a dynamic environment.
