Falcon Point is a 59-unit Vacation Ownership resort offers a truly special mountain escape. We’re looking for a motivated, guest-focused Front Desk Agent who thrives on creating warm, seamless experiences from the very first hello. Key Responsibilities- Utilize RDP reservation software and maintain strong, accurate computer skills
- Check guests in and out of residences while confidently handling requests and inquiries
- Coordinate and respond to guest maintenance and housekeeping needs
- Serve as a knowledgeable concierge, sharing local insight and personalized recommendations

The ideal candidate for this role legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date andbrings a positive attitude, polished professionalism, and a natural talent for customer service. They are confident and capable at the front desk, preferably with prior hospitality experience and working knowledge of RDP reservation software. Strong computer skills are essential, along with fluency in English to ensure clear communication with guests and team members;
Spanish language skills are a valued plus. Above all, this person is approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
