Front Desk Agent – Hyatt Vacation Ownership

Hourly Rate: $25.00
• Targeted Final date to receive applications: 01/22/2026

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC) and help our owners/guests create memorable vacation experiences. As a Guest Services Agent you will assist with check‑in, answer questions, and coordinate services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check owners/guests into their villas, review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest.
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests’ questions, concerns, and requests; contact other departments to resolve issues.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas).
  • Follow up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to satisfaction.
  • Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department.
  • Assist with bellman and runner duties as required.
Guest Experience & Company Standards
  • Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications &

Physical Requirements
  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
  • Position may require background and drug screening as per company policy.
  • Specific duties may differ by property, team size, or facility.
