Overview
Are you motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a Reservations Specialist to be the welcoming voice of our property—the first point of contact for all guests, including VIPs. In this role, you’ll create a personalized, seamless booking experience that sets the tone for an exceptional stay.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to all reservation requests via phone and email, delivering professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
- Accurately create, modify, and cancel reservations in the property management system, ensuring guest profiles, special requests, and billing details are complete and correct.
- Process payments securely, issue confirmations in a timely manner, and communicate VIP notes or special requests to relevant departments for a seamless pre‑arrival experience.
- Share in-depth knowledge of accommodations, amenities, promotions, and local offerings to help guests customize their.
- Collaborate with front office and guest services teams to quickly resolve concerns, enhance guest satisfaction, and ensure a smooth experience from booking through arrival.

Minimum RequirementsOur ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and brings experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry. They are highly organized with strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively while collaborating closely with the Group Reservations Agent and other team members. Attention to detail is a must, especially for data entry and maintaining accuracy in reservations.
They possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
