Position Summary

What you will have an opportunity to do:

Responsible for providing guests with a satisfying breakfast experience by maintaining a well‑stocked and clean buffet, providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with any needs.

Essential Functions

• Set up buffet station with hot and cold items; including beverages, fruits, pastries and other breakfast foods.
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards.
• Arrange tables and seating areas to create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed.
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Always provide the highest quality of service to guests.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

• Early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment.
• Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.
