We’re seeking a Guest Service Agent who shines in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and takes genuine pride in making every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive. • Greet guests with authentic warmth and professionalism, creating smooth, memorable check-in and check-out experiences.
• Answer and manage internal and external calls with efficiency and care, offering prompt, thoughtful support at every turn.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service that consistently surprises and delights.
• Orchestrate behind-the-scenes excellence by dispatching Service Express Runners and hotel teams via two-way radio.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and confidence while maintaining a polished, guest-focused approach.

• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred
