St. James Place is searching for Front Desk Agents who deliver exceptional service with confidence, warmth, and a signature smile. As the welcoming face of our resort, you’ll handle arrivals and departures, assist with guest and owner needs, and create the kind of experiences that keep people returning season after season.

- Greet guests and owners with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and positivity.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
- Answer calls and provide clear, friendly, helpful information.
- Keep reservation details and communication organized and up to date.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks to keep the operation running smoothly.

Location: St. James Place, Beaver Creek, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full‑Time Seasonal with Year‑Round Potential!
Pay: $21 – $23/hour. Hiring bonus paid 50% after 30 days and 50% after 90 days.
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours/week. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Minimum RequirementsWe’re looking for warm, intuitive professionals who naturally anticipate guest needs and bring genuine curiosity, positivity, and care to every interaction. You stay composed under pressure, multitask with ease, and communicate clearly and thoughtfully. Proficient in guest service systems, including reservation management and check‑in/check‑out processes, you’re also skilled at managing phone systems, directing calls, and providing clear, accurate information. Fluent in English, your friendly, professional energy helps create memorable, personalized experiences for every guest.
