Business Development Representative Are you passionate about driving business growth? Join us as a Business Development Representative and take charge of key responsibilities to boost our sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:

• Meet Sales Outreach Targets:
  Achieve or exceed assigned sales outreach quotas by actively participating in responsible parts of the sales cycle.
• Contact List Management:
  Increase and maintain assigned contact lists to ensure effective outreach.
• Marketing Execution:
  Execute marketing sequences to enhance our brand presence and engage potential clients.
• Professional Engagement:
  Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education (CE) courses to expand our network.
• Daily Marketing
  
  Activities:
  
  Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing activities to drive business development.
• Referral Program:
  Actively outreach for the Referral Program and encourage sign-ups.
• Customer Relationship Building:
  Build strong customer relationships and facilitate one-on-one meetings with Centers of Influence (COIs) for owners and commercial representatives.
• Email Quotas:
  Meet assigned quotas for cold outreach.
• On-Site Meetings:
  Achieve on-site meeting quotas to further business development opportunities.

Qualificatons:
1. 1+ years of sales or marketing experience
2. Ability to conduct cold outreach with superb verbal and written communication skills
3. Working knowledge of current business software technologies is preferred
4. Bachelors Degree in marketing or business is preferred but not required
5. Valid Drivers License

Competitive base plus activity-based commission and increases based on merit
