Athletic Club Westin is seeking energetic, results-oriented, and dedicated Group Fitness Instructors to join our growing team. WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Lead group classes for Strength training, can be HIIT, TRX, Weight Training, Strength & Conditioning, Stretch + Strength, or Balance Training
- Confidently operate studio equipment and fitness technology to deliver high-quality classes
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with members, guests, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness studio environment at all times
- Physically capable of performing and demonstrating a wide range of movements, including standing, running, jumping, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Lead and complete dynamic, results-driven group fitness classes during each shift
- Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere while effectively communicating with participants, peers, and management

Minimum RequirementsOur ideal Group Fitness Instructor is passionate about fitness, committed to excellence, and ready to make a real impact. We’re seeking someone who brings:
- A friendly, vibrant, and outgoing attitude
- Consistent adherence to all Club policies and procedures as delineated in the Handbook
- Honesty and personal integrity, passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Must have current Nationally-accredited certification and/or completed comprehensive training requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1-3 years prior Group Fitness experience preferred
- Current CPR/AED and first aid certification preferred
