We're seeking a creative, collaborative design professional to join our team as a Project Architect or Designer. Ideally, you should have 3 years of experience in residential architecture or design. We also welcome seasoned professionals who are excited to align their work with a meaningful mission. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a team setting, is passionate about high-performance design, and enjoys working closely with clients, builders, and consultants.
Whether you’re ready to take the lead on projects or are looking to grow into that role with mentorship support, we’d love to hear from you.
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities- Lead on projects or grow into that role with mentorship.
- Collaborate with clients, builders, and consultants to deliver design solutions.
- 3 years of experience in residential architecture or design. We also welcome seasoned professionals aligned with our mission.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients and contractors.
