Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services.

Our population consists of special education students who require outplacement to a therapeutic clinical day school. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about engaging students in individualized education plans that will help them realize their potential and grow into productive and responsible members of a diverse society.

- Works with interdisciplinary team to develop curriculum, manage the milieu and communicate in the psycho‑educational environment.
- Plans and implements academic plans for special education students.
- Work with multidisciplinary team to support development of behavior support plans and FBA’s.
- Implements aforementioned plans.
- Responsible for educational assessments – formal and informal
- Participate in the school’s evolving culture
- Serves as student advisor
- Reports to the principal
- Current CT teaching certification (065) in Special Ed and/or specific curriculum area with ability to DSAP.
- Experience in similar setting preferred.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of child development.
- Bachelors Degree.
