• Budget Analyst – Evaluate, report and plan with departments.
• Strategic Planning – Work with department director on agency objectives.
• Financial and Business Reporting – Create and deliver reports with contextual explanations.
• Agency Commissions – Reconcile deposits and transactions.
• Employee Commissions – Prepare, audit and manage processes.
• Carrier Relationship Management – Review results, growth and profitability.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excel proficiency that includes pivot tables, charts and financial reporting
• Effective communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint experience

Estimated annual salary range: approximately $65,000 ($33.34/hour) to $80,000 ($41.00/hour), based on skills and experience. Work schedule is 37.5 hours per week. Eligible for a profit share bonus program, benefits and wellness programs, and career development opportunities.

After an initial in-house training of 90 days, this position can be hybrid: some days in the office and some days at home.
