Solid Rock is working with a highly respected civil litigation defense law firm who is seeking a full-time Associate with 3–8 years of experience in insurance defense/liability defense

• Manage a full caseload of general, employment, and professional liability defense matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Appear in court and handle depositions with substantial independence
• Communicate promptly and effectively with clients

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
