Spa Sales Associate

Overview

Seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Spa Sales Associate who is a team player willing to educate and promote our healthy lifestyle program to spa guests. You will find yourself working in a positive and fulfilling environment promoting massages, facials, spa services and a healthy lifestyle program! We are looking for Spa Associates who are dedicated, passionate and interested in growing with our spa!

Our leadership team is dedicated to providing a great team environment while delivering impeccable customer service to our loyal client base. This is a rewarding and challenging position, met with gratifying career of helping others and promoting health and wellness!

• Provide excellent service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Answer phones and book appointments
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

• Hourly wage, $10 to $12 per hour plus commissions and bonuses

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Zenoti booking system (will train) and basic accounting principles
• Professional personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
