In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their key business requirements and expectations. Your responsibilities will include effectively engaging customers with an attention to key business requirements and expectations, as well as providing relevant and relational order information; information related to new products and product accessories; and providing product specifications, programs, training, and pricing and delivery information.

What you need:
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 0‑3 years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)

  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
