Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine physician to join our well-established team in Avon, Indiana. Our dedicated team works within a collaborative environment on the campus of our IU West Hospital. We take pride in continuing to serve our diverse community with expert and compassionate care.
Job Description- Full Time
- Flexible Schedule – 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week, Monday‑Friday, no weekends or holidays
- Large shared call group with a nurse triage system; call typically 2–3 weeks a year
- 100% Outpatient; expected volume 70‑80 patients a week
- Mostly adult patient population
- Comfortable working with Advanced Practice Providers
- Support and collaboration with a pharmacist
- Procedures include simple skin procedures, fracture care, joint injections, IUDs, and similar
- Opportunity to be involved in medical student and resident education

- American Board Eligible or Certified in respective specialty
- Ability to obtain Indiana license
