Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine physician to join our well-established team in Avon, Indiana. Our dedicated team works within a collaborative environment located on the campus of IU West Hospital. We pride ourselves on serving our diverse community with expert and compassionate care.

Job Description:

• Full Time
  • Flexible Schedule - 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays
  • Large shared call group with a nurse triage system; call is typically 2-3 weeks per year
• 100% Outpatient; expected volume 70-80 patients per week
• Mostly adult patient population
• Must be comfortable working with Advanced Practice Providers
• Support and collaboration with a pharmacist
• Procedures can include, but are not limited to: simple skin procedures, fracture care, joint injections, IUDs
• Opportunity to participate in medical student and resident education

Qualifications:

• Open to new and practicing physicians
• MD/DO or equivalent education
• American BE/BC in respective specialty
• Able to obtain Indiana license
