Customer Service Rep
Floor Staff - $14.50/hour - Free Movies and Discounted Concessions – Openers (10am) and Closers (till 1am)
Regal Shiloh Crossing – Openers (10am) and Closers (till 1am) Needed!
Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and employee availability as variable hour, part‑time, or full‑time hourly employees. Their primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service in any of the following locations:
Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher.
Team members must act as a representative of Regal in a way consistent with our mission statement and policies, including:
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with the company dress code
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Box Office- Operate POS system; manage cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, redeemed discount tickets, passes and coupons.
- Upsell/suggestive sell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
- Promote Regal Crown Club program.
- Ensure ticket sales comply with MPAA rating system and company policy.
- Respond to phone calls and guest inquiries consistently with guest service philosophy.
- Operate POS system with accurate cash drawer management and concession stock inventory.
- Promote Regal Crown Club program.
- Operate, prepare, and clean all concession equipment.
- Upsell/suggestive sell.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws.
- Adhere to break and meal period regulations.
- Maintain required alcohol certification if applicable.
- Read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination.
- Tear tickets, collect and deposit stub, direct patrons to auditoriums.
- Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable.
- Manage crowd control and assist with seating.
- Enforce MPAA rating system.
- Conduct in‑theatre inspections for picture and sound quality.
- Report problems or discrepancies to management.
- Perform intra‑auditorium concession sales per management direction.
- Clean auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, hallways after shows.
- Monitor cleanliness of vending equipment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progression toward completion required.
- If theatre sells alcohol, complete required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
- Good public speaking and listening skills.
- Ability to perform calculations accurately.
- Problem‑solving and reasoning under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, and managers.
- Ability to set priorities and achieve objectives.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform tasks with hands.
