As a Physical Therapist at Home Health Care Solutions, you are responsible for the physical care of patients in their homes. You provide skilled care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulations established by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and agency policies.

• Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state license/certification
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency in therapeutic procedures used in physical therapy
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
