Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Operations Manager at IU Health West Hospital in Avon, IN. The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinical areas, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities include managing clinical staff, coordinating clinical research projects, implementing best practices, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

The role requires a proactive approach to improving clinical workflows and ensuring that all operations align with the hospital's mission and goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Clinical Operations management and experience in optimizing healthcare workflows
  • Knowledge of Clinical Research and ability to collaborate with Clinical Research Associates
  • Strong Project Management skills in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Experience in conducting and coordinating Clinical Research projects
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a healthcare-related field, such as Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
