Supervisor, DC Operations - Omni-Channel - 1st Shift

We’re looking for an experienced supervisor to manage day‑to‑day operations in our Distribution Center (ODC) in Avon, IN. The role focuses on planning, supervising associates, and ensuring product flow supports our omni‑channel store needs.

Location: ODC (Avon, IN) – on site only
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday‑Friday
Target Hire Date: March 2026

• Support operational excellence by inspiring and coaching associates, setting clear expectations, and ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping goals are met.
• Identify and pursue process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and service, influencing change in partnership with leadership.
• Engage with and motivate the team, administering policies fairly, coaching on performance and behavior, and maintaining a safe work environment.

• 3–5 years of equivalent experience in a high‑tech distribution center operations environment.
• Minimum 2 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, multitasking capability, and comfort with computer/store systems.
• Resilience and the ability to react in‑the‑moment to changing priorities.
• Flexible availability for nights, overnights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch, and stand/walk the floor for an entire shift.

Annual base salary range: $73,100.00 – $81,700.00, dependent on qualifications and experience.
