Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday Days
Salary Range: $73,100.00 - $81,700.00

• Operational Excellence: Spend approximately 75% of time on the operational floor, inspire and engage associates, coach and develop performance, and prioritize tasks to meet daily business goals.

• Prior 3–5 years in high‑tech distribution center operations.
• At least 2 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and comfort with computer/store systems.
• Resilience and ability to react to changing store priorities in‑the‑moment.
• Flexible availability: nights, overnights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays.
• Consistent, reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch, and stand/walk the floor for entire shift.
