Role Overview:
As the RN House Supervisor (Associate Administrator), you will provide essential leadership, management, and oversight in the absence of upper-level administrative staff. You will be instrumental in facilitating patient flow, expediting patient placement, and consulting on emergency situations, ensuring that any challenges are addressed promptly and effectively in collaboration with the appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) required or relevant experience. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Requires completion of Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year upon meeting eligibility requirements.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of nursing experience.
- Critical Care or Emergency Department experience preferred.
