Schedule:

no nights; competitive pay.

• Preparing food at a specific station in the kitchen, working with other line cooks to ensure timely production of high-quality dishes.
• Setup and stock assigned station before service, checking ingredient quality, ensuring adequate supplies for anticipated volume.
• Work cooperatively with other line cooks and kitchen staff to meet timing requirements and maintain the flow of service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service, following health department regulations and company food safety procedures.

• Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
• Understanding basic cooking methods and knife skills
• Ability to read and execute recipes
• Physical ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Extended periods of standing, walking and repetitive motions
• Exposure to heat, steam and kitchen equipment
• High-volume service periods requiring speed and focus
