Join us at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to build referral source relationships and grow our census and quality mix.

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will:

• Build referral source relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other senior‑service organizations.
• Develop the market and work with acute care and other referral sources.
• Provide prospective residents and responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance.

• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing aspects including partner relations, move‑in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning.
• Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to exhibit self‑confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed.
• Team player with ability to establish working relationships internally and externally.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
