Soccer Shots is a best‑in‑class children’s soccer program focused on character development for ages 2‑8. We hire and train only the best instructors: coaches travel to preschools, daycares, and public parks to implement the Soccer Shots curriculum.

We are currently looking for qualified coaches, preschool teachers, or other driven individuals who love working with young children. Soccer experience is helpful, but experience with young children is preferred. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.

• Flexible scheduling:
  You’ll be at the same locations and times each week, with some flexibility for mornings or afternoons when you’re unavailable.
• Competitive pay:
  Starting lead pay is $17 per session (≈$34/hr). All coaches start with 15‑20 sessions a week, with growth opportunities for more sessions and responsibility.
• National presence:
  Soccer Shots operates in over 190 territories across 34 states.

Candidates must be able to commit to at least the next 3‑4 seasons (9‑12 months). Ideal candidates are looking for long‑term employment (12 months) and growth opportunities.

• Availability:
  Full‑time coaches must be available 8am‑5pm Monday‑Friday, up to 2 weekday evenings (4‑7pm), and possibly Saturday mornings if needed. Part‑time coaches must be available at least 3 full days a week, all mornings or all afternoons/evenings Monday‑Friday, and can also work a mix.
• Responsible and dependable:
  Arrive 15 minutes early, do not call off, handle a group of 10 or more preschool children, keep accurate attendance, communicate well with Soccer Shots supervisors.
• Enthusiastic and high energy:
  Enjoy interacting with young children, connect with them on their level, and bring a bubbly, animated presence to every session.
• Transportation:
  Must own reliable transportation.
• Technology:
  Must own and have daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
