Job SummaryHumano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for their warehouse site in Avon, IN. The Freight Handlers will be responsible for unloading retail items and ensuring efficient handling of products. This is a full‑time position available for 1st shift 4 Days a Week 10hour shift, starting nner/handheld experience preferred. The starting pay for this position is $18.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more based on productivity.
Daily pay is offered along with a $200 employee referral bonus. Humano provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues is required
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
- Experience in unloading, receiving, loading, forklift operation, and other warehouse duties
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
- Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks
- Must live locally in the Avon, IN area
