Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve root causes of inefficiencies.
• Develop SOPs and track performance metrics like on-time canning and labor efficiency.
• Support ROI analysis for mechanization and automation investments.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
• 3+ years in operations improvement, ideally in agriculture or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Success Metrics

• 3–5% reduction in operational waste.
• 97%+ on-time canning completion.
• ROI delivery on automation projects.
• Improved labor alignment and SOP adoption.
