The individual will implement go‑to‑market strategies and business initiatives to achieve financial objectives. This role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, monitoring market and competitive trends, and adjusting the company’s go‑to‑market approach as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize sales performance and profitability across Jenne’s product lines.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Sales teams to apply promotions to qualified opportunities and manage vendor reimbursements.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create and execute the annual marketing plan for the vendor.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop and host webinars for resellers, promoting new products, solutions, and initiatives.
- Ensure timely communication of vendor price updates, new product launches, promotional announcements, and organizational changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with Purchasing to manage inventory levels and pipeline activities.
- Represent Jenne and the vendor at key trade shows and conferences, ensuring timely follow‑up on leads with the Sales team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the vendor’s key initiatives, service offerings, and target vertical markets.

Ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that align with company objectives and drive growth. - Vendor & Partner Management:
Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills to manage vendor partnerships and maximize profitability. - Market Analysis:
Proficient in analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. - Project Management:
Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Collaboration & Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Purchasing. - Technical Aptitude:
Capacity to understand product specifications, solutions, and technologies within assigned product categories. - Analytical
Skills:
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities backed by data‑driven insights. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams, as well as other relevant productivity and collaboration tools.
- Presentation
Skills:
Comfortable participating in and presenting during Quarterly Business Review (Q ) meetings, effectively communicating performance metrics, initiatives, and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 4 years of experience in product management, vendor management, or industry experience.
This position requires up to 25% travel, which may include occasional overnight stays.
Physical Requirements- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach as necessary during trade show events.
- Must be able to travel to and participate in trade shows, including assisting with booth setup and teardown as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
