• Lead or assist in amazing birthday parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating customers like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children and families at each party.

• You love having fun, give high‑five’s, and play like a child (background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus).
• You live to serve and making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids and parents alike like you.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by classmates.
• You love fun but know when to buckle down and work.

• Guests walk out wanting to host their own party at The Little Gym.
• You’ll get steps in and close activity rings while you work.
• Daily dress code is relaxed athleisure (yoga pants, t-shirts, bare feet).
• Parents reward you with great tips.
• Flexible scheduling for students or people needing extra hours (afternoon/evening shift).
• Option to fold t-shirts or act like a dinosaur—your choice.
